Make a circle with the garland leaving one of the ends at the top left. It does not need to be perfectly circular. Use one small piece of yarn so that the wreath stays together. That piece of yarn won’t be visible.
Spray black paint over the whole wreath, front and back. Attach flowers and feathers with another bigger piece of yarn. You can use hot glue to hold each piece together if necessary, but the final piece of yarn will tighten it all together.
Make a nice loop with yarn at the top and attach the wreath to the wall.
