1. Make sure the steak is room temperature before grilling.
2. Heat your grill to high.
3. Brush the steak with oil on both sides and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
A) Place the steak on the grill for 4 - 5 minutes, until slightly charred. Turn it over and continue to grill for another:
B) 5 - 6 minutes for medium rare
C) 7 - 8 minutes for medium
D) 9 - 10 minutes for well done
4. Remove the steaks from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to settle back into the meat.
