Butterscotch Rum Duel

We agree on most things, but not our mixers! It was cola for him and ginger ale for me!

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounce (45ml) Spiced Rum, we used Kraken Spiced Black Rum
  • ½ ounce (15ml) Butterscotch liquor, we used Dr. McGillicuddy’s Butterscotch Caramel Ecossais
  • 3 ounces (90ml) ginger ale, we used Fever-Tree

OR

  • 3 ounces (90ml) cola

Method

Fill the glass with ice, we used a French wine goblet. 

Add rum and butterscotch liquor and stir gently. 

Top with your choice of cola or ginger ale.
