Melt candy melts in microwave according to package directions. Dip the glass rim into it and roll it into sprinkles. Transfer to the fridge immediately to harden, at least 10 minutes.
At this point, if you have any remaining melted candy melts, you can also dip fresh strawberries to the halfway point. Place onto a tray lined with wax or parchment paper and let harden in the refrigerator. Save to use as a milkshake garnish.
Pour milk into blender. Add strawberries and ice cream. Blend on high until smooth.
Pour a little of the strawberry coulis along the inside of the prepared glass. Add the milkshake and garnish with desired toppings.
Tip: Use wooden skewers (break them off to various lengths) to keep heavy items from sinking into milkshake, such as the strawberries and macarons.
