Ingredients

  • 14 ounces (410 ml) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 8 ounces (240 ml) cream cheese
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 lemons, zested
  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • generous grinding black pepper
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) freshly chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) snipped chives

Method

Place all ingredients in food processor and whirl until it starts to blend together but still has texture.
