Prosecco Grapes: Frozen & Sugar Dusted

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch red grapes, seedless
  • 1 bottle (750ml) Prosecco
  • 1 cup (200g) sugar

Method

Wash grapes and place the grapes in a large bowl. Add enough Prosecco to cover the grapes and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Drain the grapes and dry off excess moisture. Place grapes on a large plate and lightly dust the grapes with spoonfuls of sugar to coat.

Place in the freezer for 4-5 hours until frozen. Remove from the freezer and serve immediately.
