Ingredients
1 cup (240 ml) soy milk, vanilla-flavored
¼ cup (60 ml) orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 cup (240 ml) cherries, fresh or frozen
¼ cup (60 ml) unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or agave syrup
1 pitted date, sliced into small pieces
1 cup (240 ml) ice
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, starting with ice, and blend until smooth.
