Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) soy milk, vanilla-flavored 
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) orange juice, freshly squeezed 
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cherries, fresh or frozen 
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or agave syrup
  • 1 pitted date, sliced into small pieces
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)

Method

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender, starting with ice, and blend until smooth.
