Mango Strawberry Margarita

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (950ml) ice
  • 4 cups (950ml) cubed mango - fresh or frozen
  • 1½ cups (350ml) strawberries - fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup (240ml) white or gold tequila
  • ½ cup (120ml) Cointreau liqueur or orange liqueur
  • 4 tablespoons (60ml) sugar
  • ½ cup (120ml) lime juice

SWEET + SOUR MEXICAN CHILI GLASS RIM 

  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) coarse salt
  • 1 tablespoons (15ml) Mexican chili powder

Method

Mix the sugar, coarse salt, and Mexican chili powder together and place into a flat bowl. Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of each glass. Dip each glass rim to coat edge. Set glasses aside.

Place all remaining ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.

Pour frozen margarita mix in glasses and garnish as desired.
