• large eggs (as many as you need to fill a cupcake pan or pans) 
• nonstick cooking spray
• salt & pepper
  

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.

Spray cupcake pan with nonstick cooking spray.  Crack egg into the cupcake space in the pan.  Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 13-18 minutes until the yolks have the desired firmness.

Serve warm from the oven.
