Bistro Plongée Alpha
At the end of our journey, a little gem revealed itself to us, the Bistro belonging to the great explorer Mario Cyr, located on the Île de Grande-Entrée point.
In an amicable atmosphere, we had the chance to observe the incredible expeditions on screens and in photos all around us.
The meal was a journey for the taste buds, both in the freshness and taste as for the presentation. Seafood is featured throughout the various dishes.
We got so inspired that we headed to our kitchen to replicate some of their recipes, taking clues from this incredible culinary adventure.
