FRUIT INFUSED TEQUILA
Summer is the perfect time to infuse tequila simply because there are so many fruits in season. Have fun picking your favorites and putting together these concoctions. Try something out of the ordinary like berries, citrus, or chiles. Place the jars in a cool, dry place and shake the jar once a day to break down the fruits and mix the juices. The infusion process can take up to one month.
