A great way to celebrate the season with a crowd. Can make the Orange Spiced Sweet Tea ahead of time and mix together the rest of the ingredients right before the guests arrive.

Makes 1 serving


2 quarts (1.9 L) apple cider
1/2 cup (120 ml) water
2 quarts (1.9 L) Orange Spiced Sweet Tea (recipe follows)
1 750 ml bottle Wild Turkey American Honey bourbon


Orange slices
Rosemary sprigs

Orange Spices Sweet Tea

4 cups (950 ml) water
2 family sized black tea bags
1 orange peel
1 cinnamon stick
1 whole clove
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
6 cups (1.4 L) ice


In a pot place water, tea bags, orange peel, cinnamon stick and clove and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil remove from heat and let brew for 3-4 minutes.

Remove tea bags, peel, cinnamon stick and clove and pour tea into a large pitcher. Add the sugar and ice and stir until ice melts completely.

Refrigerate until you are ready to make the Bourbon Punch.


Mix together the apple cider, water, bourbon, and Orange Spiced Sweet Tea in a large punch bowl or pitcher.

Add 3 cups (700 ml) ice, 4-5 orange slices and ½ cup (75 g) cranberries to the punch.

Arrange garnishes on a serving plate and have glasses and ice available for guests to serve themselves.
