Makes 2 smoothies


1 cup (240 ml) fresh spinach
1 ripe avocado, pitted
1 large banana
2 Medjool dates
2 cups (480 ml) unsweetened almond milk
3 tablespoon (45 ml) honey
1 cup (240 ml) of ice
add 1-2 scoops of protein powder or chia seeds


Add ice to blender and pulse to chop. Add the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.

*If dates are too sticky, soak in warm water for 5 minutes. Pat dry.
