14 ounces (410 ml) feta cheese, crumbled
8 ounces (240 ml) cream cheese
¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 lemons, zested
4 tablespoons (60 ml) fresh lemon juice
Generous grinding black pepper
¼ cup (60 ml) freshly chopped dill
2 tablespoons (30 ml) snipped chives


Place all ingredients in food processor and whirl until it starts to blend together but still has texture.

Serve on sliced baguette or crackers.
