The martini glass makes this dish perfect for unexpected company or at an open house event. Each one includes a whole turkey dinner - all in one pretty little glass!

Makes 6 servings


6 thick (¼”) sliced oven roasted turkey breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup (225 g) herbed bread stuffing
3 cups (675 g) mashed potatoes
1 cup (235 g) turkey gravy
6 tablespoons (75 g) Cranberry Sauce or Cranberry Ketchup (see accompanying recipe)


Arrange martini glasses in a row.

Start by placing 2 heaping tablespoons (15 g) of stuffing into each martini glass. Lay bite-sized pieces of turkey on stuffing. Top with ½ cup (115 g) of mashed potatoes.

Pour hot gravy over mashed potatoes. Add a tablespoon of Cranberry Sauce or Cranberry Ketchup to the side of the martini glass. Garnish with a fresh cranberry.

Serve immediately.
