Makes 2 servings
3 ounces (45 ml) peach schnapps
2 ounces (30 ml) white wine
champagne or prosecco to top
Ingredients - Garnish
leaves mint for garnish
Place lots of ice in two glasses.
In a small pitcher mix together the peach schnapps and the white wine. Stir to mix.
Evenly divide between the glasses.
Top each glass with Champagne, and garnish with mint leaves, peach slices and fresh raspberries.
