Enjoy a refreshing Mexican treat… ready in 20 minutes
Makes 6 servings
4 cups (950 ml) ice
4 cups (950 ml) cubed mango - fresh or frozen
1½ cups (350 ml) strawberries - fresh or frozen
1 cup (240 ml) white or gold tequila
½ cup (120 ml) Cointreau liqueur or orange liqueur
4 tablespoons (60 ml) sugar
½ cup (120 ml) lime juice
SWEET + SOUR MEXICAN CHILI GLASS RIM
2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
2 tablespoons (30 ml) coarse salt
1 tablespoons (15 ml) Mexican chili powder
Mix the sugar, coarse salt, and Mexican chili powder together and place into a flat bowl. Rub a wedge of lime around the rim of each glass. Dip each glass rim to coat edge. Set glasses aside.
Place all remaining ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
Pour frozen margarita mix in glasses and garnish as desired.
