Ingredients - Smoothie

4 large ripe bananas, cut into chunks and frozen
1/3 cup (80 ml) greek yogurt
1/3 cup (80 ml) rolled oats
1 tablespoon (15 ml) almond butter
1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
1/2 cup (120 ml) almond milk

Ingredients - Toppings

1/2 ripe banana, sliced
Unsalted cashews
Rolled oats
Unsweetened coconut ribbon
Pumpkin seeds
Chia seeds
Sunflower seeds
Cocoa nibs
Honey (for drizzling)

Method

In a food processor, blend the frozen bananas, almond milk, oats, and almond butter until smooth. Add in the greek yogurt, the honey, and almond milk until smooth - don’t over mix.

Spoon into a bowl and add toppings.
