Makes 2 servings

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups kale, stems removed
1/2 cup almond milk
2 cups chopped frozen pineapple
3 ripe and sweet peaches
1 frozen banana
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 tablespoons (22 g) chia seeds
3 dates
1 teaspoon (5 ml) cinnamon
1 tablespoon (12 g) almond butter

Ingredients - Topping

1 peach
2 pineapple slices (thin)
1/4 cup (40 g) sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) cinnamon powder
2 cinnamon sticks
2 kale leaves, only use a small piece for each smoothie
2 tablespoons (24 g) almond butter

Method

Blend the kale and the almond milk in a blender until smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend again.

Mix the almond butter with the cinnamon powder. Swirl onto half of the bowl. Place a thin slice of pineapple on the other half. Thinly slice a peach and place half atop the pineapple slice. Anchor the two ends with a sprinkling of sunflower seeds, a kale leaf, and a whole cinnamon stick.
