Makes 8-12 servings

1/4 cup (60ml) Dijon mustard
1/4 cup (60ml) liquid honey
1 tablespoon (15ml) Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon (15ml) apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon (15ml) chili powder
1/2 teaspoon (3ml) cayenne pepper
12 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons (30ml) canola oil
Salt & Pepper

In a large bowl, mix the mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, chili powder and cayenne pepper. Set aside.

In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, brown the drumsticks on all sides in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place the drumstick in the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the honey/mustard mixture. Place in the slow cooker, cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

The drumsticks can be served right from the slow cooker on the warm setting up to 2 hours
