An easy-to-make dip with big, bold flavor.
Makes 8 servings
1/2 cup (60g) Blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup (60g) Mayonnaise
1/2 cup (60g) Sour cream
2 tablespoons (30ml) Lemon juice, fresh
1 tablespoon (15ml) White Wine vinegar
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and vinegar.
Stir in the blue cheese and combine well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Serve with celery and carrot sticks.
