What to serve with the French Kiss Oyster? Champagne Mignonette, of course!

Makes 1 drink


½ cup (120 ml) champagne vinegar
2 tablespoons (10 g) finely chopped shallots,
1 tablespoon (15 g) coarsely ground pepper
2 teaspoons (40 g) kosher salt


Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake and chill for an hour, then serve on fresh French Kiss oysters.
