Ingredients

  • 2 ounces (60ml) vodka
  • 3 ounces (90ml) tonic water

GARNISH

  • 1 cup Green grapes, seedless
  • 1 cup Red grapes, seedless
  • ¼ cup (50g) White sugar
  • Wooden skewers - at least 6” (15cm) long

Method

2 hours before cocktail time:

Remove grapes from stems and wash thoroughly. Place grapes in a gallon-size resealable bag.

Pour sugar into the bag and seal. Gently shake the bag to evenly coat grapes with sugar.

Arrange grapes on a paper towel to dry - about 15 minutes. When dry, carefully add 5 or 6 grapes along each wooden skewer and line them on a shallow pan or baking sheet. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

Cocktail time:

Fill a tall glass with ice.  Add the vodka and top with the tonic water and stir lightly.

Add a grape skewer and enjoy!
